You will learn about community protests, gentrification threats, pirate legends, urban art movements and get to visit squatted buildings, re purposed bunkers, nature reserves and creative hubs.

This tour was one of the highlights on our stay in Hamburg! Time went by so quickly as we strolled through the streets in Sternschanze with our passionate guide. A lot of the artwork wasn't that…
We meet by the small square directly opposite the S-Bahn exit of the Sternschanze station. There are two exits for this station, so please ensure you exit via the S-Bahn exit (and not the U-Bahn). After exiting the station (there will be a juice stand to your left), cross the road directly in front of you to the paved area with street benches and a small wooden rotunda/hut called ‘Café Tanten’. Your guide will be waiting to meet you right there.
