Best of Berlin Tour

Tour information

Berlin can be quite overwhelming on your first arrival due to its large size and vast history. Our Best of Berlin Tour is specifically designed for those who’d like to cover as much as possible over the course of 6 hours, as we don’t believe in compartmentalising Berlin’s complex history into several different tours. Come see the bigger picture as your guide leads you through different periods of Berlin’s past and helps you understand how the interlink and affect one another. Experience the city that got caught in the middle of the Nazi megalomania, explore the wall that split the capital in two during the Cold War, walk among hidden pathways in the former Jewish quarter, learn about the mighty Kingdom of Prussia and how the traumatic legacy of the 20th century has left a permanent mark on the city.

This tour includes:

Guide — World War II — Hitler’s bunker — Former SS headquarters — Nazi ministry district- Bebelplatz, the book burning square — Cold War — Berlin Wall — Checkpoint Charlie — East & West Berlin — Jewish Berlin — New Synagogue — Former Jewish Girls’ School — Courtyards and streets of the Scheunenviertel — Imperial Berlin — Unter den Linden — Museum Island — Gendarmenmarkt — Brandenburg Gate — Reichstag — Sinful 1920s — Friedrichstrasse, the former cabaret mile — Modern Berlin — Former squats and art houses — Graffiti and modern architecture
