For positions of employment such as City Managers, Deputy City Managers and Meeting Point Managers, we look for people with leadership and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to take initiative. Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language is a requirement for management positions in all of our cities and further languages, especially Spanish, are always advantageous.

When entering into a working relationship with freelance guides, we look for people who can present tours to the standard we advertise and that customers have come to expect. Guides should be knowledgeable, confident, charismatic and above all have outstanding presentation skills.
